3. Orders & Payment

Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received in full.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

5. Warranty

Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
Baseline Mobile Home Supply LLC does not independently provide warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed.
